As the nation’s only park created under the theme of filial piety, one of the overriding values of Korean society, it is filled with unique sculptures that represent each of the different Korean last names. It is also a great place of education equipped with a variety of facilities, including a spring well that symbolizes the 12 zodiac signs, a riverside stage, observatory, a lawn park, an octagonal pavilion, a forest park, a botanical garden, etc.
