Dicu Festival

DICU FESTIVAL, held every February and August, has a 15-year history as a Comprehensive Cartoon Festival featuring comics and animations. This held by Amateur Cartoon Association is a pure private festival. It is becoming an enthusiast festival that cartoonists from all over the country, including teenagers, participate continuously. Major programs include amateur cartoon industry exhibition, costume play stage show, independent animation screening, cartoon golden bell, cartoon character drawing, and so on. People who do not know about cartoon are also enjoying memories of childhood and enjoying them together.
